Accident Summary:
On takeoff from a pinnacle helipad, the pilot lifted to a hover and began forward movement. A loud noise was heard and the aircraft began an uncontrollable turn to the right. the main rotor blade struck the mountain and the aircraft came to rest inverted. The number two drive shaft hangar assembly was dry of lubrication causing hanger bearing failure.
